A new TA clutch pressure plate will come preadjusted. They should be assembled an a stand that will give more accurate adjustments than can be done while assembled on the tractor.

The rubber band will be pushed back off the rollers of the bearing when the clutch housing is attached to the rear frame. At some point you will find the remains in the filter housing.

If you do not know the thickness of the gasket you removed, just use the thicker one. Better to much gear lash than too little.
