the motor has the casting date of year 'n' so that means the motor is probally original. N= 1944 It looks like she is a mag. i bet the mag is out on it thats why it dont run. you could try fixing up the mag and see if it will run or you can put a coil/dist on it. I would check for spark and if there is non check the impuls coupling, and lubercat if needed. lots of the mags are replaced now a days. Lokks like the manifold is a distilite/ kero burner but i do not see the temp controll lever that goes with it. it has the cast code 'j' on it and im not sure what year j is maybey 40 or 41 but it looks like old stock. If i were there i would give him up 1000 for it if it turns over and overhauled. especally if the tires are good. but i dont know if i would pay that much without hearing it run first. you could change out the mag pretty fast.
