We had the tornados yesterday evening. That system pushed up here from KS. We have flooding everywhere, over 6 inches of rain. Fortunately the twisters stayed away from the towns. Some farms destroyed, no fatalities.
Just a reminder for everyone to have a battery powere weather radio. My power went out and I could listen to the tornado spotter over the weather service broadcast on my hunting walkie talkies.
The creek that runs through my property is normally 10 feet wide. This morning it is about 180 feet across! Wonder how many pheasant nests got flooded out?
