another S A headgasket question

I have read the posts on the SA headgaskets good info my question is I put a new headgasket on my 51 sa it is all stock. but I put a water pump on it just to keep the water moving in system the tractor will be just used for play.Did I put the right gasket on it for a water pump.Also my gasket seems to leak some oil out the sides I put sealer on and re torque the head after a good warm up. anybody have a thoughts on this. Thanks for all the help
