OK, its at the shop so Ill check it out in the next few days and see if I can see a casting date. My Uncle liked to mess with the tractors so no telling what he did. Its just one of those things I never noticed until the wreck and the tie rod was bent and I got to inspecting it. Come to find out too the weights I have on my SA was also in that 140 at one time. Hugh, I got four of those bolts for mounting the 101 fertilizer unit on a Super A or 140. I met Sam Adams (he advertizes here at YT) in Canton, Texas at the Trade Days but he brought the wrong size bolts. I carried him one off our 140 and he kept it to match it. He sent them yesterday and they were the right ones and even the dot head ones to boot. Cost was $10 each but thats better than the $18 a piece Case IH wanted for them.
