Yeah, well gas boycotts are one of the STUPIDEST notions ever conceived by man. Just DUMB DUMB DUMB! Think about it:

If I don't buy gas today, I'll have to buy gas tomorrow. I won't use any less gas, so they'll still get my business.

If I don't buy gas at Citgo, I'll buy it at Hess, Sunoco, Mobil, Exxon. SOME oil company will get my money because I need gas to get to and from work so I can have money to buy gas!

These widely-publicized "boycotts" do nothing to "hurt" "big oil." What they don't rake in today, they will rake in tomorrow. What they don't rake in under one brand name, they rake in under another.

The only sane, practical, feasible way to bring gas prices down is to USE LESS GAS.
