That looks like a planter that mounts on an A, Super A or B. It would bolt to the right side of the tractor over the mounting bolts for the lift arms for cultivators and also to two housing bolts forward of that. The planter is sprocket operated off of the right rear wheel housing, inside. The 4-bolt plate comes off and you bolt the sprocket drive on there instead. The planter should have the sprocket drive, an idler sprocket, drive shaft and clutch assembly, hopper and plates, feed tube, furrow opening discs cover discs and packer wheel.
