Help Identify This Planter Equipment

My Grandfather has a Farmall SA since the early 50's With this tractor he received a lot of equipment he never used, and also found a lot in a local dump. He has given me all the equipment and its just pilled up in a barn. I went thru most of it and pulled evey thing I think was for this planter except one of the row markers. Can anyone help me identify this planter? I have found what I think are IH numbers on some of the plates. But nothing on the planter frame. I have searched all over this site and the WWW for a coup[le of days with no luck. Thanks, Keith
