Put a new fuel line on the super h. Hard to figure out how to route it. I ended up routing it through the gas tank support being careful it wouldn't vibrate and rub. Didn't seem to work between the support and the air cleaner assembly. Is this correct? Anyway, the compression nut apparently misthread at the connection with the fuel strainer causing it to leak. Strainer threads are wrecked, so I'm ordering a new strainer. Is there a trick to tightening up on those compression nuts for the first time? How far in should the fuel line go, and how much should you tighten them? (I thought the resistance was the ferrule being formed, not a crossthread) Thanks in advance.
