is there a way to time the spark comming out of the mag to the cap? i know that you could make a mark on the gear and just keep jumpimg a kaug at a time and eventually you will get it right? But there must be a way to get it right on without trial and error. I took the mag apart for the first time to see how it works and i like to know why it does what it does. and in doing so i untimed the mag with the cap. To make matters worse i forgot to mark where the rotor was pointing when it took it off the tractor. but I know how to retime an engine. by the way this is a h4 mag off a MD.
