You might check with a Case-IH dealer on the bolt, he may be able to come up with something that would work. I have a feeling that the bolt is not a standard issue shoulder bolt, but you might also check out Fastenal, MSC, or McMaster-Carr. Another option is to take the bolt you have to a machine shop and have one made. Finding that tine for the bucket will be tough, unless someone has a #31 for parts.
