706 Gas need alternator wiring help...

We repainted and rewired our 706 tractor a while back and now the battery isn't getting charged. The battery is good and so is the alternator. (had both tested) I think I may have it wired wrong. It is aftermarket replacement wiring harness and a Delco alternator. It has a bolt on the back and a two prong plug on the side. What wires go where on the alternator and where do those wires run to on the engine? Thank you for your help!
