Set a battery in it and use the starter motor. The starter will put out a lot more torque then you will ever be able to get from tring the rear tire thing. Never hold the starter button just hit it with fast short taps. I do it all the time on stuck engines and out of 20 plus I ave only had 2 that didn't free up
