Jim: You have over filled the transmission, causing the lub to go through axle seals. The transmission case has a system to prevent this oil from going to the brakes. The oil you are seeing is that over flow. On the left side of transmission case there is a fill to level plug direvetly below front tip of left fender. Usually it is behind brake pull rod. I always fill my tractor to that level plug, then add a quart. You may ask why axle seals leaked, you probably have oil level above them. I think once you take it back as I suggest the leak will stop. May take 2-3 days. You should never have to add oil to the PTO, there is a gear that puts oil up there and an overflow to allow the excess to drain back to transmission, thus all the oil you added is now in the transmission.
