I looked at an H today to possibly purchase. Its a 1945, it runs and drives, all orginal tires, tubes need replaced in the fronts, the backs hold air and have about 1/3 to 1/2 tread left. Has the generator and works. It runs pretty smooth, I didn't get to see it start cold, but it started ok hot it flooded a bit. The brakes do not hold very well but will stop you. The shifing in the transmission is really loose. It all feels good and goes in with out problem but its kinda sloppy. Just by looking at the tractor it has been taken cared of. Thats why I don't know what to thing of the shiffting. The grill has some dents but I think I can fix them. And of course there was unmeasurable greese on the tractor everywhere but I coudn't see that it has major leaks. The guy wants $700 for it. What do you guys think? Thanks Derek
