My wife's dad has a '53 Super H with the original 2-way rear work light. The light's equipped with a 2nd small bulb with a red "jewel", located between the lens and reflector, plus a knob switch on the back. Twist the knob one way and the light burns white. Twisting it the other way extinguishes the white light and turns on the red lamp. The steady-burning red lamp makes it a somewhat dim tail light.
