Thanks Hal, as I wondered the picture you posted IS NOTHING AT ALL like the Wico Models C or X magnetos I spoke of. The rotor on the Wicos dont ever stop at the tower, but passes by it ONLY AFTER she impulses as I described. I dont think Ive ever seen the types of Wicos Im familair with on an IHC, but when the poster mentioned WICO it rang a bell. A curious John T
