This is a two part seal and you will need to pull the wheel off to change it. Make sure their are no sharp spots or burrs on the axle to cut the new seal as it slides on. I clean and oil the axle to help slide that seal on. By the way, their is an inner seal inside the transmission that is leaking also as the axle housing should not have oil in it. Most guys including myself just replace the outer seal that you have asked about and call it good. Breaking the wheel clamp bolts loose might be fun, mine were. Lots of penetrating oil and a big wrench with a cheater pipe got mine loose. Good luck. Dave.
