What's been your success with just replacing the outer seal? Can you get her to completely dry up? I've posted on this topic a couple of times lately and the advice from heard from folks seems to be that I'll need to pull the axle itself out of the transmission/differential housing and replace the inner seal if I expect to totally solve the leak problem. That could get to be a really big job and I may elect to just let her drip a bit.
