Hello Milan: I also have to rework the front end on mine. After reading your notes I checked and there appears to be NO gear lube at all in mine and it almost looks like its been many years since there was.. I was thinking that maybe that gear could be fliped so an unused area could be used to reduce some of the unwanted play in stearing.. Thanks 4 the great website pictures.. harvey
