Once you press out the top roller bearing on the worm wheel, everything else comes right out. The gear can be rotated to any position, I rotated mine to the unused side. The gaskets and seals cost about $35.00 for 2 seals and 2 gaskets. I used Permatex on the re-assembly. When you re-install the worm wheel, have the large worm wheel shaft cover nut removed so the gears can mesh easily. I tried to put mine in with it on and it wouldn't go on. You will want to break the nuts loose before you jack up the front end, it's kinda wobbly with only a bottle jack under the clutch tube housing... Good luck... Milan
