Farmall H carb dripping from weep hole??

I rebuilt 2 carbs for my Farmall H and they both are dripping from the weep hole. They leak a little after I run the tractor, shut it down and let it sit for a while. I figure that I am screwing something up. Both carbs have been completely cleaned, soaked and IH rebuild kits used ( rubber tipped fuel needle). I set the float 1 27/23" from the gasket surface ( with the gasket in place) and the fuel level is 7/8" down from the gasket surface when I use the clear tube to check fuel height. One carb on the H sat all winter and never leaked a drop, come summer and it leaks. Any ideas?? Thanks!!
