Amazing how an old harness can look OK but be the source of all sorts of problems. I replaced the harnesses on both the 45 and 46 H last year. The 46 harnes litterally fell apart as I was removing. Amazing it worked at all. The generator on the 45 H started putting out much better amp output after I replaced that harness.
