That filler cap should be stuffed on the inside with a sort of stringy or felt type material. It apparently acts as both a filter and a restriction to incoming/outgoing air or fluid. If that's missing and you're coming into the filler line with a "T", you're just about sure to blow fluid. I might also suggest you check a hydraulics supplier to see if there's a restrictor you can put in front of the "T" junction. That could allow your return to come in at a slower rate regardless of how fast you operated the controls. Not an expert, but a similar thing happened on my SM. I didn't fix mine, but replaced the loader and now use one of the verical loader stantions for a tank and the return line is a separate fitting about half way up. Good Luck!
