Good points by everyone. If I can throw in my 2 cents worth it also is dependent on where u are. Here locally there are quite a few of them around so the price is lower. I'd say 500-750.00 will buy lots of H's here. It's worth keeping ur eyes open. I just bought a darn good '48, WF, w/ 75% rubber and 250 Dual loader for 325.00. All it needed was wiring and a radiator leak fixed,and a '47 M, very good, for 675.00 (steering gear & U-joints)...All in all u have to do what u are comfortable with, and be able to still enjoy it w/out major buyers remorse...GOOD LUCK!!!!
