1945 H worth

a 1945 H will be sold at a farm sale next friday. it has set in the barn for 3 yrs. was supposd to be overhauled just before shedding. it does start and run good, has near new tires all 4, and good paint. hyd. works, temp gauge dont. any ideas on where to quit bidding? unless I just have to have it.
