Farmall 200 Engine Speed

Have just acquired a Farmall 200 in excellent shape. Only one problem. After running the engine for 15-20 min. it tends to race at idle and in fact races so much that it will diesel when you turn off the ignition. Any suggestions on where to look first. Again, the problem seems worse only after the engine warms up. If the problem is with the speed govenor, advice on where to look for it on the engine.
