I hope your wife doesn't drag you behind the car! Oh shoot, this is the Farmall board. Levy, it all depends on how many hours that H has been running with detergent oil. It took my Farm H a good 250 hours to get most of the sludge cleared out. If your pushrod chamber inspection plate is leaking (plate behind the oil filter can) I would get a gasket for it. When you have that plate off, clean out as much as the sludge that you can. That is a real collection point for sludge in this engine. On my 51 it was a good 1/4 inch thick in that chamber. If your valve cover is leaking and you get a gasket for it, clean out the rocker arm assembly as best as you can. That is another collection area.
