Super M hydralic's

I have a super M that had a loader on it and the hydralic's worked fine. I removed the loader and was using a disk in the field and a planter, the problem I ran into was that the hybridalic's would not raise the disk or plater all the way up, somtimes it would and the next time it would not. Is this a problem with the hydralic pump or something else. Any idea's Thanks
