I would say the price is a tad high for central Indiana. You can get another radiator off the net for less than $150 and an oil pan for around $30. I would look the tractor over carefully. A leaking radiator would indicate to me that it has probably run hot part of the time. A damaged oil pan could indicate further abuse to the machine. Its great that you son is showing interest in the old iron.
