Levy I would be leary about pulling that freeze plug. You should have a pipe hanging below the radiator. I would drain there. You won't get all the fluid but most of it will drain out. If you pull the freeze plug, you better have a correct size thread tap laying around. I had troubles on a 44H freeze plug I redid several years back. The system holds a tad over 4 gallons. When you get a gasket for that water inspection plate, make sure you dry the area and use that Permatex red silicon gasket maker and let it set for 2 days before you refill with coolant.
