Well 156 it is probably your governor spring. With the cover off and the throttle in the idle position, the spring should not be loose. If you pull up on the throttle leve a tad and the spring is still loose, then you need a new spring. Also check the bearing and thruster behind the spring. There should be no vertical play in it.
