Greg if you got it wiggling a tad, keep shooting penetrating oil and keep rotating back and forth. It will eventually work loose. I don't know how you could rig a puller on it. Once you have it out, smooth that shaft with a grinding wheel and make sure it will rotate free in the transmission case.
