230 main cap torque

Got the block off. Plastigauge reading for rod bearings was between .005 and .006 for three and one between .004 and .005. I am still waiting for the service book , so could yall tell me the torque spec for the main cap bolts, so I can gauge them as well?
Also, doesthe crankshaft pully simply pull off, or is there something unique in there? No bolts or anything, just the end fitted for a handcrank, I am assuming. I could not exactly see anything to set the center of the puller against.
