1950 Cub Timming, with stock IH, Mag

#1 up both valves closed Crank pully notch at pointer on block. Pulled cap and the rotor is about 3/4" past #1 plug wire. seems to me that this is retarted by so many degrees. Good hot blue spark, point fine and set, cap in good condition, new wires, new plugs D-18Y Champions. The tractor seems to be low on power, this could be because of a retarted condition. Can any one walk me through the timming procedure. This unit calls for firering at Top Dead center Thanks Cubby 50. The information in this forum is really great. Thanks again
