Freddy, I am not familiar with a "C" myself, I am just guessing(farmall experts help me out!) that it is similiar to other older farmalls. All of the H's,M's, 400's, 460's, 706's, etc. have "dry" type sleeves. That is to say there are no O-rings. This type of sleeve requires a puller or shop press to remove. You can make your own puller out of some scrap iron and some 5/8" or 3/4" threaded rod. A round "stepped" disk will be required. This you will need to have a machine shop make. You will need to have the cylinder sleeve diameter for the machine shop. The stepped part of the disk is machined .01 under the bore diameter so it fits in the sleeve(from the bottom). A hole(5/8 or 3/4) is drilled in the exact center of the disk. The idea of this set up is that you put the threaded rod through disk which has been inserted in the bottom of the cylinder, on the top of the block you have a square u-shaped piece with a threaded hole in it the same size as your threaded rod. You put a nut on the top and as you turn it down it forces the u-shaped piece against the block and pulls upward on the disk which forces the sleeve up. Some sleeves are pretty tight and require a lot of elbow grease. There are probably other types of setups out there also, but I know this one works.
