Gary suggestion of using a piece of oak(4x4 with 2 3/4 hole saw used to fit the wood on inside the sleeve) works better with the heat from a torch on the bottom of the sleeve to cherry red. If the engine is not suck I would try running the tractor without replace o-rings.
