Best coolant sealer for 47 Cub

I think I have a small leak somehwere in the block. A little water shows up in the oil, but no exhaust shows up in the cooling system.

The 47 Cub does not have a water pump and so the coolant is gravity fed.

Is there a sealant that works best in a system that does not have a pump to circulate it?

I am concerned that if I add something like Bars Leak, it will clump up somewhere and destroy the engine for lack of active circulation.
