F12 ?

I saw what i think is about an 1928? F12 on all steel with a wide front wheel ther is another one sitting by it but it has ruber on front and steel on rear bolth in sad shape and stuck looks like with a LOT of work and money one could be made outa 2 now my question is what would they apx. be worth ?? one has a sign for $1000.00 obo am i stupid to think thats for bolth or just 1 done rambling thanks sHan....
