That's a tough call Hans. I am unclear whether you are in fact looking at a Regular or an F-12. The Regular is going to have a weird stepped rear axle while the F-12 is going to be straight accross in the traditional manner. But either way, much depends on what part of the country you are in as to its value. Apparently in the midwest it would be asking too much. Around here they are quite rare and if you want one bad enough that it about what you are going to pay for one. There is no way that I can possibly know just how run down they are but I can tell you that they probably aren't in as tough a shape as the one that I restored. I never regretted it and the restoration turned out great as well as gave me a great deal of personal satisfaction. The fact that you have one for a parts tractor and that one of them comes with a wide front end--quite a rarity, makes me think it might be worth giving it a little thought. Again, a great deal depends on your area and how badly you want one.
