I would use the sawzall, have gone through the same thing on Super C's, they use the same setup. I put new bolts and locknuts back on when I reassembled, a Gear Wrench by KD Tools works well on the nut, get them at Sears. Gear Wrench brand is $59 for a set or same thing with the Craftsman name is $100. Where are you located? I know someone by that same name.
