Bob I got an other motor that was running when I bought it.I was trying to keep that motor in case I come across a 10-20 with a good body and frame but I'll take the head from it and get it checked out.I'll deal with this head later on.I grow market gardening so I have to get some seeds started in a couple weeks.A agree with you about doing things right the first time [it pays down the road].Thanks Bob for your help,I'll let you know how things work out.
