Setting stop clips on Super A Touch Control

I got my Super A back, had all new seals and other goodies installed in the final drive and transmission, and my mechanic went through the Touch Control---it had no external leaks but an implement would drop if you left it raised and shut the engine off. When he got inside he found some things somewhat damaged, didn't go into specifics but got everything working "right" again. (Had to fix what was there as some parts are NLA.) He did not adjust the stop clips that control how far forward the levers will go, and I need to get that done so that I won't burn something up. According to the service manual, I need a SE-1338 gauge, which you insert in the 1/4" hole on the touch control manifold. I think that translates into a high-pressure gauge. Can I find something like this at say, Northern Hydraulics or an auto parts store? The service manual covers setting the stop clips pretty well. Any other helpful hints? I am hoping once I get them re-set and adjust the lengths of the operating rods, the levers will go in their full-forward positions as original. One more thing: The levers are very tight when moving them rearward, not so tight when you move them back forward. Is this normal and just a function of all-new O-rings? Thanks, Al

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
