Krey unless you are saving the old belts for a backup, cut them in two to remove. To install, the alternator belt has to be routed around the fan blades first. Then the main belt can be installed. On the water pump there is an adjustable hub for the main belt. You have to loosen up the set screw then you can adjust the hub. It will probably take a lot of penetrant and work to get that hub loose. Be careful, you can crack that hub with too much pounding.
