Your math is right on Denny! A while ago we speed tested my Super M. The tractor is factory stock except for 14.9 (oversize) rear tires. Speed was measured with a Magellan 315 GPS (+/- 0.1 mph accuracy) and RPM with a Fluke 87 DMM. We learned the SM will do exactly 18.8 mph at 1495 RPM. We then double checked the speed using the radar ground speed function reported by one of my kids on a JD 8300 following behind - indicated speed matched the GPS exactly. Subjective observation: 18.8 mph is faster than I am comfortable with on an NF tractor - especially on a poorly paved, highly crowned rural road!
