The 350 is a little different than the 300/400 series. If I remember right there is a pin in the linkage on the bottom of the lift cylinder whick can be moved to allow the cylinder to float. This is where you run it to plow, I do know. I beleive there are also some pins in the lift links that you can pull and get a little float.
