Haas : I think you might of hit it on the head , powered of the wrong pulley . I have a SA with an old KUB KLIPPER on it . Someone before me Mickey Moused it and had it hooked to the PTO . It was going to be too much to change it to the belt pulley so I halfed the deck pulley size and it cuts perfect Maybe Joey has the same problem . Hope this helps
