Farmall Super A--- Woods L-59 -- No enough mmmmph!

I wish there was someway to speed up the rotation of the PTO shaft (that turns the belts) to speed up the blades for cutting grass. The blades have to be really sharp for it to a good job, when they get dull, it tends to push the grass down and not cut it. The grass is about 6-9" when cut.
I go over it twice. I heard of something that mounts at the back by the pulley, and actually gets it to spin maybe twice as fast. That would do a nice job! Does anyone know about this or has any one heard of it???
