I have a 350 u also, had clutch out a few years back I dont remember now what i put in ,,but that 4 pad disc sounds like it might be a ceramic clutch I would NOT put that in mine if i had a choice have seen them in truck's and they are bad hardly no slipping at all its either in or out and they tend to wear preasure plate and flywheel alot more then a regular disc..I somewhat remember that the clutch disc from a chevy pickup might fit that?? maybe a standard 14 inch disc?? unsure now,,maybe u could check that out ?? did you call Bates and see what they have for a disc??
