350U clutch plate ID help

For my IH 350 utility (gasoline) I picked up a remanufactured cluth plate at my (almost) local IH dealer and the replacement only has 4 pads on it whereas the old clutch plate had basically a continuous pad all the way around the plate. Is the four pad replacement the correct one and acceptable to use or not? Any of your thoughts are welcome. The part number of the replacement is 384633R91R.
